Action News was on the scene at the BP gas station at Germantown and Hunting Park avenues in Philadelphia's Hunting Park section early Saturday morning.
Investigators say the victims were shot shortly after midnight.
A 15-year-old victim was shot in the back and is now in stable condition. A 16-year-old was shot in the leg, received medical treatment and released from the hospital.
Police say a third shooting victim, a 15-year-old boy, was taken to the Children's Hospital of Pennsylvania by a private vehicle. He suffered a graze wound on his right leg.
Investigators say the suspect is a black male, about 16 or 17 years old who stands about 5'7" to 5'8" tall. He was wearing a white T-shirt at the time of the shooting.
