Police have identified the victim as 51 year-old Clement DeVito of Berlin, New Jersey.
The accident happened around 10:15 p.m. on Route 73 near Franklin Avenue.
Crews arrived to find DeVito laying dead on the ground after being hit by a pickup truck.
Police say the man tried to cross the road when he was struck and killed.
Police say the driver of the pickup had the right-of-way at the time of the crash.
The driver in the truck remained at the scene and police are investigating.
No charges are being filed at this time.
