Damen Sanders, 45, of Gloucester City, NJ, is charged with sexual assault, criminal sexual contact, prostitution and other offenses.
The Camden County prosecutor said Sanders had sex with the girl 3 different times on high school property, and that he paid her for 2 of the encounters.
The alleged activity happened earlier this month.
Sanders was arrested Thursday and ordered held on $75,000 bail.
