Troopers said Saturday that 38-year-old Andrel Martinez of Milford faces stalking, harassment, official misconduct and other charges.
Troopers say that after Martinez separated from his girlfriend in March 2013 he initiated numerous harassing and intimidating visits, text messages, e-mails, phone calls and voice messages.
They also say he used the Delaware Justice Information System to find acquaintances of his girlfriend and search for vehicles that were parked in her apartment complex.
Martinez was arrested Friday. He is suspended pending the outcome of the criminal charges.
A voicemail system at a telephone listing for Martinez was not accepting new messages Saturday.
