A $40 cake-cutting set for $20. Varied-height votive holders, three for $10. And a $900 wedding dress for just $450.

Those are just a few of the wedding items that will be on sale at the second-ever Toss the Bouquest Sale Saturday, April 12, 2014, at the Bala Cynwyd Women's Club, at 382 Bala Avenue, Bala Cynwyd, Pa. 19004.

Sale Founder Kelly Brinker explains, "We know a lot of girls that have recently gotten married and they put so much time and money and effort into everything for their wedding. So, we contact those girls and we give them an opportunity to sell their gently used wedding items to engaged brides. The people who recently got married can make money and the brides can save money. So, it works for everyone."

The sale will feature plenty of d?cor items, including $40 candelabras and rustic chandeliers, for just $150 each. Brinker describes them, "They're actually branches and lights that you can hang if you're having a rustic wedding. You can hang them outside or basically anywhere and they're amazing. They're huge and they're one-of-a-kind."

Plus accessories, like a $385 Swarovski crystal comb on sale for $190. Or Oleg Cassini champagne flutes, that were originally $40 for $20.

The sale will also feature numerous wedding gowns.

Brinker says, "This time, we're really focusing on gowns. We've had a few bridal shops contact us and we have a lot of brand-new sample gowns that they're selling at deeply discounted prices. And most of them are designated as discount. So, the first half of the sale, the items are regular price. And the second half ot the sale, from noon until 2:00 p.m., things are discounted. So, anything designated as discount is 50% off the original price."
