Officials say President Mwai Kibaki (mwy kih-BAH'-kee) and opposition leader Raila Odinga (ry-EE'-luh oh-DING'-uh) have reached deal on a coalition Cabinet. The officials say Kibaki and Odinga agreed on a coalition Cabinet following seven hours of talks outside the Kenyan capital, Nairobi, and will announce the new ministers tomorrow afternoon. The officials, who requested not to be further identified, spoke on condition of anonymity because of the sensitivity of the talks.

A spokesman for Kibaki tells The Associated Press that there is a "good chance" a coalition Cabinet will be announced tomorrow.
