LACEY TOWNSHIP, N.J. (AP) - August 12, 2008
The twisters over water were spotted between Lacey Township and
the bay side of Island Beach State Park Monday.
There were no reports of injuries.
Donald Launer tells the Asbury Park Press "it was just
spectacular." The biggest spout lasted about 15 minutes.
The National Weather Service says conditions were conducive for
waterspouts.
