Police at the University of Wisconsin-Madison are going after bike thieves with some high-tech gadgetry.
Police are placing satellite tracking devices on bikes planted around campus.
Officers say they made 16 busts since they started using the GPS-equipped bait bikes in May.
The bikes were donated to the university by a local bicycle dealer.
He says bike thieves hurt his customers.
