On Monday night, 22-year-old Tremein Hoskins of Felton and 44-year-old Alonzo West of Dover were charged with first-degree murder and other offenses in 25-year-old Brandon Beard's death.
Beard was shot on New Castle Avenue in Dover Saturday and died at Kent General Hospital.
Police arrested 24-year-old Brett Hoskins this weekend after a witness identified him. He is also charged with first-degree murder.
Police say 12 bullet casings were found on New Castle Avenue where an anonymous caller directed police.
