How healthy is your cereal?

It's called "children's cereal," but for many adults, it's a staple. Now a new report shows what you may think is healthy, is actually loaded with sugar. Consumer Reports' analyzed some top kids cereals.

The worst offenders were Post's "Golden Crisp" and Kellogg's "Honey Smacks." Both are more than 50-percent sugar.

"Rice Krispies" was also rated low because, although the cereal is low in sugar, it has no fiber. The winner was "Cheerios" with only one gram of sugar and three grams of fiber. Kix and Life also received high marks.
