Driver slams into tree

BORDENTOWN TWP., N.J. - October 5, 2008 - The crash happened along Crosswicks and Cemetery Lanes in Bordentown Township, New Jersey.

Police tell Action News the driver of the SUV spun out of control and struck a pickup truck before slamming into the tree.

It rook rescuers a while to free the trapped driver. He was taken to the hospital in critical condition.
