A drug dealer from Philadelphia will spend an extra three years in prison for witness intimidation linked to the Web site "whosarat." A federal judge Thursday has sentenced 39-year-old Joseph Miles Davis to the added time, to be served after Davis completes a 17-year drug-trafficking sentence in a New Mexico case.

Personal information about the informant appeared on the "whosarat" Web site and on fliers posted in a Philadelphia neighborhood. Davis' then-girlfriend, Adero Miwo, is serving a 30-month term for helping the jailed Davis with the scheme.

Defense lawyer Will Spade says Davis admits with his plea that he tried to obstruct the investigation and bribe a trial witness.
