Police say Farley was found shot in the head.
Detectives spent 4 years interviewing suspect and recently received new information from the New Castle County Police Department. The Delaware Attorney General's office approved murder and other related charges against:
- Steven Bennett 25, of Claymont. Bennett was booked on these charges in Howard young Prison as he was being held since August on unrelated weapons charges from New Castle County PD.
- James Irwin 32, of Wilmington. Irwin has not been booked on these charges as he is currently in custody with the New Jersey Dept. of Corrections, serving time on a burglary charge. His warrants are pending.
