The 18 wheeler jackknifed and spilled fuel. The clean up effort slowed traffic in the southbound lanes of the highway for two hours as crew work to clear the scene. Traffic was able to get by on the shoulder.
No injuries have been reported.
Crash congests I-95 for hours overnight
UPPER CHICHESTER, Del. - November 12, 2008
It happened just before 2:00 on the southbound lanes of I-95 near the Chichester Avenue exit, just before the Delaware state line. The vehicles crashed near a work zone at that location.
