Sentencing day for O.J.

It's certain O.J. Simpson will get some prison time when he's sentenced today for his armed robbery and kidnapping conviction. But how much won't be known until Judge Jackie Glass renders her decision in a Las Vegas courtroom.

Glass is known as a no-nonsense judge. But she also has lots of leeway in deciding how much time Simpson and his convicted co-defendant will serve. She could order the sentences served one after another or at the same time.

If she chooses the max, Simpson could spend the rest of his life behind bars. If she goes relatively easy on him, it may be a few as six years in a federal lockup.

Simpson and his co-defendant were convicted in October on 12 criminal charges tied the seizure of sports memorabilia from two dealers selling items from Simpson's days as a pro football star.
