An argument between the victim and his girlfriend turned ugly when the girlfriend stabbed the man in the stomach.
He was taken to Mercy Hospital where he was pronounced dead shortly after arrival.
Police have taken the woman into custody at the scene but have not released additional information or the woman's name.
