2 women injured in I-95 crash

SOUTH PHILADELPHIA - December 21, 2008 The driver lost control and flipped over. 2 women in their 20's were injured and taken to the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania in good condition.

Police are trying to determine if the early morning ice and freezing rain are to blame for the single vehicle accident.
