Around 25 homes were affected. Aqua America didn't call the residents because of the time it occurred. All water was restored by 8:30 this morning.
Police still have the roadway shutdown while the clean up continues.
Crews work to repair water main break
UPPER MERION, Pa. - December 23, 2008 The 12 inch cast iron main broke around 10:30 p.m. last night, shutting down North Gulf Road between Long and Church Lane.
