Fire damages NE Philly strip mall - Philadelphia News

NORTHEAST PHILADELPHIA - December 27, 2008 Fire broke out in the Grant-Academy strip mall located at Grant Avenue and Academy Road around 4:15 a.m. and heavy black smoke could be seen pouring from the East Coast Grill as well as a neighboring Gaetanos Steakhouse.

Firefighters quickly placed the fire under control around 4:25 a.m.
