John Cena is well known for his actions inside a wrestling ring, but now he is showing his action skills on the big screen.
In 2005, Cena made his debut in the WWE Films movie The Marine.
Now, on March 27, he is set to put his action movie career in high gear with the release of 12 Rounds.
12 Rounds stars Cena as a detective who ends up in a game of manipulation with a man who is holding his girlfriend hostage.
John Cena sat down with 6abc.com at the 9th District headquarters to discuss his life, his career, and what it means to portray a police officer in a two-part interview.
During the interview, John met with Officer Christopher Simone who was injured in a car accident in August 2008. John took pictures with Officer Simone, as well as his fellow officers and their families.
