Small part of Pa. Turnpike to stop traffic

The noontime traffic stoppage is so excavation work can be done for a bridge replacement project. It affects the area north of the Mahoning Valley Interchange and south of the Lehigh Tunnel.

Two additional stoppages are planned on Thursday. Additional excavation work is planned during midday hours over the next several months.
