Del. man charged with raping boy, 7

GEORGETOWN, Del. - August 13, 2009 Georgetown Police say the boy told his mother Wednesday that he didn't want to be left at Moises Acurio-Suarez' house because the man was having sex with him.

The boy was taken to Nanticoke Hospital where police say medical staff determined that he had injuries consistent with sexual assault.

Police say the boy told Children's Advocacy Center officials that Acurio-Suarez raped him four times and Acurio-Suarez told investigators that the allegations were true.

Acurio-Suarez was arrested and charged with first- and second-degree rape, endangering the welfare of a child and unlawful imprisonment. He's being held on $237,000 bond.
