HHS Secretary in Philly for Obama address

PHILADELPHIA (AP) - September 8, 2009 Sebelius is talking about staying healthy during flu season as well as a local program designed to help children deal with asthma.

Sebelius is speaking to a seventh-grade literature and social studies class on their first day of school. She will stay at the school to watch Obama's address with the students.
