On September 8th, police were called to the bar for a report of an internal theft.
Police say Miller conducted a number of fradulent transactions over 13 months, pocketing about $6,000 in cash from the till.
Miller was also seen on surveillance video taking from from the register and putting it in his pocket, police said.
Miller was arrested on Sunday and charged with theft.
