Sebelius will visit the Vailsburg Child Development Center in Newark to talk about getting more children enrolled in the NJ FamilyCare program. The program provides health care services to nearly 580,000 uninsured children and 228,000 low-income parents in the state.
Sebelius helped announce in June that the state's allocation for such care would increase to $505 million from $102 million.
