Police are linking the suspect to eight incidents since June of 2008.
The latest happened today on the 74-hundred block of Germantown Avenue.
The victim in this case was a 16-year-old female student headed to Parkway High School.
The suspect is described as between 40 and 50 years old... Weighs about 220 pounds... And is between 5-11 and 6-3 with a medium build.
All of the victims were between 14 and 17 years old - so nearby schools have been alerted about these incidents.
