Police say there were two fires at the same location within 6 hours.
The first fire was smaller. It started at about 10:00 p.m. Wednesday at the house, located on the 1200 block of W. 3rd Street.
The second fire broke out around 4:00 a.m. and spread through the second and third floors of the rehabbed home.
At this time there's no word on a cause of either fire.
