According to police, a fatal auto-pedestrian accident took place along the 9200 block of State Road at around 11:00 p.m. Friday night.
Officials say the accident happened when 54-year-old Balwant Singh was crossing the street and was then struck by a Cadillac Escalade. Singh was pronounced dead at the scene.
The car did stop and no chargers have been made.
