Forty-eight-year-old Andrew Darryl Hill faces a preliminary hearing Dec. 16 on rape and other charges in the alleged attack on the woman Saturday at Conemaugh Health System's Good Samaritan building in Johnstown.
Police say the woman has a low IQ and would not be able to consent to sex, as Hill claims she did.
Online court records do not list an attorney for Hill who was being held in the Cambria County Prison unable to post $25,000 bail.
