It had been originally scheduled for 1:00 p.m.
An Eagles spokesman says, in anticipation of the storm and as a public safety concern, the change was made to accommodate fans and allow more time for city and stadium personnel to clear streets and walkways in and around the stadium.
The parking lots will open at 12:00 p.m., and the stadium gates will open at 3:00 p.m.
The Eagles are encouraging fans to consider using public transportation to Lincoln Financial Field tomorrow.
