There, officers located a 17-year-old Wilmington teen suffering from multiple gunshot wounds to his stomach area. The shooting occurred at 22nd and Monroe streets during an apparent robbery according to the preliminary investigation.
After the shooting, the victim made his way to the house on 21st Street. He was transported to the Christiana Hospital where he is currently undergoing surgery and is in critical condition.
There are no supsects.
The investigation is continuing.
