Police say a 24-year-old woman was stabbed in the back by her 31-year-old brother shortly after 7:00 p.m.
The incident took place in a home on the 2900 block of B Street.
Medics rushed the woman to Temple University Hospital for treatment. Police say she is in critical condition.
Her brother was arrested and charges appear likely.
There is no word on what caused the near deadly sibling altercation.
