It's a workout aimed at making it easier to wear high heels.
The program was designed by Dr. Emily Splichal, a podiatrist and fitness trainer.
She says high heels shift a woman's balance to the balls of the feet, increase the arch in the back, and can make women slump their shoulders forward. Her class helps the body overcome that.
"It's strengthening the feet and ankles, strengthening the core, kind of taking away a lot of concepts from pilates," Dr. Splichal said.
In addition to strengthening key muscles, Dr. Splichal's workout also helps women with their posture and confidence in high heels.
