The Elizabeth Vaughn Elementary School in Woodbridge has butterflies on the walls of the girls' bathrooms and silver diamonds for the boys.
The kids say last year the bathrooms were a mess.
Principal Lillie Jessie says students wrote on the walls and threw paper on the floor.
But the school and the kids came up with a plan.
The restrooms were decorated so the students would want to take care of them.
The new-and-improved bathrooms were finished last week.
