It happened around 3:30 p.m. on Meeting House Road at the train tracks in Upper Chichester.
The two victims have been taken to the hospital.
They did not appear to be suffering from life-threatning injuries.
The driver who hit them remained at the scene, police say.
CSX trains at that location have been stopped temporarily for the police investigation.
