The shooting happened around 1:15 p.m. in the 800 block of East Allegheny Avenue.
When officers arrived, they found four victims.
A man in his 20s was shot in the stomach and is in critical condition.
A 67-year-old man was shot in the left leg and a 68-year-old man was shot in the right leg Both are hospitalized in stable condition.
There is no word yet on who pulled the trigger, nor is there any indication of what sparked the violence.
Detectives are now investigating.
