The collision occurred at Airport and Runway roads in Bristol Township shortly after 9:00 p.m.
As a result of the crash, the motorcyclist ended up underneath the truck.
Police and fire rescue crews worked to free the cyclist.
Once removed, the man was pronounced dead at the scene.
There is no word on any other injuries.
Police continue to investigate the accident.
