Authorities were called around 8:00 p.m. to the 1600 block of North Lindenwood Street for the report of a shooting.
When they arrived, they found an adult male suffering from a gunshot wound to the chest.
He was transported to the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania.
He was pronounced dead minutes later.
