The shooting happened on the 100 block of West 23rd Street in Wilmington.
Police say the 19-year-old man was shot in the residence just before 9:00 Wednesday night.
The victim was rushed to the hospital where he later died. Police have not released his name.
Investigators are asking anyone with information to call them.
