Officers received complaints from area residents and businesses regarding drugs sales from the front porch of a home in the 1200 block of West 4th Street.
While responding to this complaint, they were able to develop information directing them to the front porch of a specific tri-plex in the block. They then contacted 39-year-old Urhonda Campbell.
The responding officers found Campbell with a black purse that contained 28 individual bags of heroin packaged for sale.
She was taken into custody and charged with Possession with the Intent to Deliver heroin and Consumption of a Contolled Substance.
