2 carjacking suspects flee, 1 arrested

GERMANTOWN - October 18, 2011

Officers say three men stole a car on the 4600 block of Green Street near Germantown Avenue around 2:00 p.m.

Police were able to catch up with the suspects, but two fled.

One suspect remains in police custody.
