Police: SUV hydroplanes, hits tractor trailer

A delivery truck carrying mushrooms rolled off of I-95 early Wednesday morning in Chester Township.

Police say it was around 5:00 a.m. when the driver of the delivery truck lost control of the vehicle in the southbound lanes of I-95 at Concord Road.

Chester Township Police say a Dodge Durango, that was travelling southbound, hydroplaned and hit the truck.

The truck left the highway, went through a guardrail and rolled off the roadway, landing on Concord Road.

The driver was transported to the hospital with multiple injuries.

There was no immediate word on any injuries to the driver of the Durango.
