Officers responded around 8:45 p.m. Wednesday to the 7700 block of Rugby Street.
Upon their arrival they found a man inside a SUV who had suffered several gunshot wounds.
The victim, said to be in his 30's, was pronounced dead at the scene.
At this time there have been no arrests.
