The Archdiocese of Philadelphia placed Principal Dennis Reitano on administrative leave earlier this week.
That came after concerns were raised during a lesson regarding healthy relationships between young people and adults.
It's still unclear exactly what happened.
However, after an investigation, police say some of Reitano's behavior may have been unprofessional, but it was not illegal.
