It happened around 1:00 p.m. Friday near the area of F Street.
Witnesses say the car was travelling at a high rate of speed when it struck another vehicle and overturned.
Surveillance video from Prestige Auto Sales nearby shows the car narrowly missing a pedestrian before it struck the other vehicle.
The driver was initially trapped inside but was able to free himself.
No word on any injuries or what sparked the crash.
