Authorities in East Texas report an 8-year-old boy noticed that a single engine Cessna had landed on a private airstrip.
The kid went online and confirmed the tail number was the same as a plane that had been reported stolen last month.
The youngster told his dad, who called the law.
Deputies say Terry Lynn Boozer tried run as they busted him at the airstrip.
He now faces theft and evading arrest charges.
