New Castle County police say 26-year-old Shawn Madden was arrested on Monday after members of a U.S. Marshals task force obtained information that he was at his residence.
During a search of the home, police were able to seize two guns. Police say Madden is charged for his role in a shots fired complaint that occurred last month in the unit block of West Stephen Driven in the community of Chestnut Hill Estates.
Madden's arraignment is pending.
