Court administrators say jurors will be bused from York County to Montgomery County to hear James Lee Troutman's murder case.
Troutman is charged with killing 9-year-old Skyler Rae Kauffman in May at an apartment complex in Souderton. Authorities say Kauffman was choked and beaten to death and her body dumped in a trash bin outside the complex.
The Bucks County Courier Times reports the state Supreme Court this week picked York County to supply the jury.
Troutman has pleaded not guilty. Prosecutors say they'll seek the death penalty if Troutman is convicted of first-degree murder.
