It happened around 11:00 Saturday morning on the 3900 block of Kirkwood Highway in Mill Creek.
Officials say a motorcycle and another vehicle collided.
The driver and passenger from the motorcycle were taken to an area hospital in extremely critical condition.
No word if anyone in the other vehicle was injured.
The eastbound lanes of Kirkwood Highway at Farrand Drive will be closed for several hours as police investigate.
