The discovery was made on Monday morning in the unit block of South Cannon Drive in Edgemoor.
The man was found with apparent gunshot wounds. There was no word on the identity of that man.
It was in that same area that a 21-year-old man was shot multiple times shortly after midnight. That person was rushed to the hospital in critical condition.
There was no immediate word on if the two incidents are related.
An investigation continues into what happened.
